Crowned ‘N Curls Salon reserves and enforces the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, appointment tardiness, appointment no shows, and any situation we deem inappropriate.

Rules

  1. Our waiting room is cozy BUT will only accommodate clients who are receiving services, booking an appointment, or purchasing hair. No extra people will be allowed.

  2. Children are NOT allowed in the salon at anytime unless they are receiving a service. Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon, please be prepared to stay with them their during the duration of their appointment.

  3. Please be on time or early for appointments, we try our best to stay on time for our clients and we appreciate the same! If you are running late please call the salon as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate appropriately. We cannot guarantee services for late appointments.

    After 15 minutes late to your appointment a $25 fee will be added to your service. If you have not arrived or spoken with us after 30 minutes past your appointment time, you will be marked as a No- Show and your appointment will automatically be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  4. We DO NOT issue refunds for any service! In the event you are not satisfied with your hair please contact the salon within 24 hours of your original appointment time and we will happily schedule you to have adjustments made with your stylist.

  5. We ARE NOT responsible for any clients who may experience any sort of allergic reaction to any products used unless discussed with stylist prior to your service, and or disclosure form is signed with all information regarding allergies.

  6. As a courtesy we ask that our clients do not bring in strong smelling foods or sea foods into the shop, this protects salon environment and client allergies.

  7. DEPOSITS are required to book an appointment with Crowned ‘N Curls and will always go towards your final service balance. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE but can be rolled over should you decide to reschedule with us after a cancellation.

  8. All hair Is Final Sale and will not be refunded. We will make exceptions for exchanges if we have the inventory and the returned hair is unused and in perfect condition.

  9. We ask that upon booking you be sure to book the correct service. If you decide that you’d like to switch services the day of your service you’ll be asked to reschedule.

  10. We ask that you arrive to your appointment with thoroughly washed and dried hair.Bundles, frontals, closures,units,etc. If you are to arrive at your appointment with hair that has not been throughly washed and dried you will be charged an additional $100 fee or asked to reschedule at a more convenient time.

  11. The stylist offers reinstallatio services for units that have not been previously installed by her only if the unit is in good condition at an additional charge of $100.
